Nothing in my order was right after waiting over an hour for my food by then my milkshakes were melted. They only had 2 flavors of ice cream strawberry and vanilla. I ordered 4 strawberry pies. 1 was strawberry 3 were apple. They were out of every sauce except ranch. Out of straws. By then I just had to laugh because nothing was right but I will NOT return any time soon for sure! Oh and they spilt all the salt they had in the building on our fries Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The only reason I'm giving a two is because the breakfast is decent... twice I have been to this location and the lady with short black hair talk to those kids awful, not sure if she is the store manager or not, if I was a parent I would be pulling them out of there...it is absolutely unacceptable, I understand we are in "Mobile" and bad customer service and attitudes are common but no excuse to have a grown adult raising their voices and berating those children that most are probably their first job. I hope someone catches on recording one day, and blast it all over social media, if I would've thought about it I would have. This place absolutely was not worth the hype. Restaff!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
