The older female driver is a total menace to society, she was on her phone almost hit my vehicle then proceeded to stop in the middle of the road like she wanted to fight then followed me halfway to my house. Need new people or get ahold of your employees!

Lady in #9. Rude as hell. Asked if she’s took tap n pay. She didn’t say yes or no. She snapped at me and said “they all work the same” no answer. That’s what I got. I was still trying to be nice. I said “well I’m not sure, the last one did, so I am confirming” she again was SO RUDE, didn’t answer again yes or no, “IT ALL WORKS THE SAME” I just walked off. I’m not one to call the manager but I did. Complete bull. Where this lady is driving to, we are all going through something. And for this lady to do that when I am trying to confirm payment, yea no. Completely unprofessional and so rude. Get rid of her. This job isn’t for her. My kids and I have spent so much money on these trucks though out Springfield, never have I dealt with this. Disgusting

Jack's Ice Cream has been coming through my neighborhood all summer, and my kids have absolutely loved it. Tim is fantastic and is always happy to see the kids come screaming down the driveway for the frozen treats. Very much recommend, and hope you get the pleasure of getting Tim as your driver.
