We had a group of 7 ordering and it was chaotic to say the least. Violet and the entire staff was so pleasant and patient with us. We asked for extra sauces, etc and never felt like we were a bother. The dining room was cool and clean. They made my mom’s birthday really nice. :) We were very pleased! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had breakfast at this restaurant about 2 weeks ago. Two days in a row. First day out of pancakes. OK no problem. Next day no pancakes. I asked how can a place be out 2 days in a row, cashier sarcastically answered, I wasn't here yesterday. My wife observed one of the cooks standing in the hall slinging snot out of his nose with his fingers just before he went back into the kitchen. I used the mens restroom and the wall by the urinal looked someone just blew their nose against the wall. We will never eat there again and will not recommend that place.

The food at jacks is very disappointing. It smells great but the chicken is always chewy like rubber and has no flavor. Everything else like the fries and biscuits are very bland as well, zero taste, like cardboard. Popeyes is a MUCH better option. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1
