the waiter was persistently being rude to us. the music in the restaurant was very loud and if we talked he would tell us to keep our volume down. he did not apologize even once even when we expressed our concerns. Super inconsistent. The pizza arrived cold and chewy, honestly inedible. The most frustrating part is I paid extra for a bunch of toppings (cheddar, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes) and left notes for extra onions and sauce, but got literally none of it. It’s like they didn't even look at the ticket. Way worse than a standard pizza and definitely not the quality I expect from Jack's. Total waste of money. Price per person: BHD 5–10
