Service is always good. The food is okay. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and it was dry. I had to take it home and fix it up Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Great food and a great deal! $4.99 for a Sunday meal! 10/10. I said wow when I took my first bite either I was super hungry or this is delicious Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Me and my boyfriend went to Jack's family restaurant and wanted to try there special but was sold out so we decided on the 3 piece chicken meal comes with 3 chicken tenders and 2 sides I got Mac and cheese and coleslaw he got mashed potatoes and green beans let me tell you the food was great and service was great the food was hot and on point who ever is the Cook at Jack's in PRATTVILLE AL hope he sticks around are he really needs a raise because these days it's hard to find good food and good costumer service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
