Pitiful, the fish basket should be called nuggets. Not worth the money. The commercials show nice sized fillets, then they give you tiny nuggets. I was wondering why the bag was so light. "Fool me once". Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

There is no sense or urgency at this location! We came in, not one employee acknowledged we were there. The front cpunter lady acted like it was a bother for us to order food, which came out all wrong. We ordered shakes 1 strawberry and 1 cookies and creme, they gave us 2 chocolate shakes. I substituted mashed potatoes for fries and still got fries.

Beth took our order, she was friendly and funny. We travel through the area once a month and we’ve never stopped. But Jacks caught my attention cause there isn’t any in Florida. Anyway, it was clean, organized and a very nice atmosphere all around. Everyone, including Beth stayed busy. Everyone had a nice appearances, which was refreshing to see! Beth even came out to our table to ask how our food was. You don’t get that much these days, especially someone with such a nice disposition. I’m really glad we stopped here, and we will definitely make it one of our regular stops! Keep the ones you have and value them, the greetings they gave, the effort they put in and the atmosphere they helped maintain while we were there speaks volumes!! We have stopped at so many restaurants between Athens Alabama and Panama City Florida and most are dirty, and the employees are rude if they even acknowledge us at all. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
