One of the worst ones in town, got a big jack no tomato very specifically said it twice and got it read back to me still came with tomato, kids meal I got didn’t get any sauce I asked for, wrong size drinks, everything was cold as if they had all the warmers already shut down this was around 6pm the teenager was rude she let go of the bag before I could even grab it and almost completely dropped it. Acted as if they were in the biggest rush of their life on a Monday night when there was literally no one inside or in the drive thru. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was delicious I'm gonna start there, the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, I brought my kids in and the atmosphere was very kid friendly. I highly recommend coming to the Vinemont Jack's! I got the Big Jack this time I'm coming back tomorrow and getting that Rib Sammich . I want to point out that the GM Christie was extremely nice she's who took my order she was even patient with my kids. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Super clean. Ordered using the app. Had a very large order. Food was ready and hot when I arrived. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
