While in Canonsburg for work, I ate at Jacksons twice. The first time in the restaurant, I ordered a salad and the mushroom flatbread. They were both delicious, and my server could not have been more gracious and attentive despite my small order. The second time I ordered at the bar to take back to my room. The same salad - because it was amazing, and their renowned shrimp and chorizo chowder. The salad was just as beautiful and delicious as when I dined in. The chowder was delicious - touch of spice and lots of chorizo and shrimp. While waiting for my order to be prepared, I sat at the bar and ordered a dirty gin martini. It was perfectly made, and the bartender was very friendly....always ready to assist. If I find myself in this area again, I will most definitely eat at Jacksons again.
