Had the buffet there on a Saturday dinner, which was full as well as lots of small children. Always stocked with hot fish and no noise from the kids, wildly impressive. Airy room with a nice view, the staff were helpful with cross and hose. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have been to Jacobs Fiskerestaurant several times. Not because it has been a great food experience, but also to support the owner's fight against Jensens Bøfhus. But it's probably over now for 2 reasons I don't know how many people were in the restaurant, but I think they were over the allowed number. That feeling did not make it safe and pleasant to be present. There were also several people who stood at the buffet and ate while they waited to join the queue. The restaurant cannot do anything about people being unhygienic, but they decide what to do about it and here they did nothing. But even worse was that we could not be told what allergens the various dishes contained. There were allergy sufferers in the company (Fodmap, gluten and lactose) and even though we asked several times, the question was ignored by the staff. I think you cook according to recipes or some other kind of standard and therefore it can't be very difficult to tell what the food you serve to other people contains. But it's nice that the staff can live their lives carefree and without having to pay much attention to what you put in your mouth. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford that luxury. It can also not be particularly difficult to have some frozen bread in the freezer, which can be served to those who cannot tolerate gluten. So good luck in the future - we won't be back.
