In the beginning, we used to be their regular customers. Initially, they maintained really good food quality and standards, and the food was very tasty. Last week, keeping those expectations in mind, we ordered from them again, but the food wasn't that good. Once when we ordered, the papadum was missing from the meals. When we pointed it out, they claimed they had run out of papadums. However, when we ordered again later, the papadum was missing yet again. We bought a Pothichoor parcel, but it didn't have the fish curry or the papadum, and the rice was overcooked and mushy. Previously, they used to mandatorily include fish curry and buttermilk (moru). On a positive note, they regularly include a sweet dessert; that is the only thing we receive consistently. As for the fried rice, it seems like they just threw some random things together for the sake of it. When they first started, I had given them a positive review, but now the food is quite bad.
