We were staying with friends at Beach Colony and decided to go have dinner at Jellyfish, hostess was very rude about the wait so we left when my wife's friend suggested Jaco's. Came right in, and was seated immediately. We were nervous because it didn't seem very busy for a weekend but WOW! So glad we came. I wasn't considering leaving a review so I didn't take any pictures, but a few days out, and a few bad experiences at other restaurants and I knew I needed to post how great Jaco's Perdidos was. The Shrimp Trio was crispy and well seasoned. Their cocktail sauce was unique, I think they use a smoked salt or smoked tomato ketchup or something in it. The Chicken Scallopini was perfect. I've never had it with mashed potatoes and now I wonder why it's not that way everywhere! Orange pie for dessert was epic.
