Hello. Keri. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. If what you said happened today, I probably know who was answering your call. I'm sorry that the girl who answered your call today has just been working for 2 weeks and hasn't adapted well to the busy weekend. I think her meaning is our waiting time is 45 minutes not let you to wait for 45 minutes to taking care your call. And I don't know why she made you wait on line for more than ten minutes without taking care an order for you. I'm not sure maybe because have many calls came in at the same time, but she forgot who was still waiting online .I will continue to understand the situation. But this is a very unprofessional and rude . I will provide her with further training. I apologize for any inconvenience caused to you
