This was my first time visiting Jaggers and was completely blown away with how good the burger was. It tasted like it was from a high end restaurant. Susan was very friendly and recommended a few burgers for me to try. I will definitely be back. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've only gone through the drive through on my three visits to this location. The food has always been delicious. The services isn't awful but it can 100 % be improved. The first visit I thought maybe it was because they just opened so I went back because as I said, the food is very good, it was the same experience the second and even my third time. The staff doesn't seem friendly, no smiles, no thank yous. On my latest visit I had ordered online and unfortunately they don't have one of the items offered online but the way they handled that situation wasn't customer service friendly. I don't expect every place to be like chick fila in the customer service department but a smile and a thank you go a long way. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
