I had the short rib dish and was pretty disappointed. The beef was tough and difficult to cut with a knife. The server never came by to check in, which also meant my beverage was empty throughout the meal. The flavors of the salad were nice and I liked the setting. Took a little date with myself here, while I waited for my boyfriend to get a tattoo nearby. Perfect atmosphere, delicious food, and awesome service! 10/10 would recommend. This spot fixed my day! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Given the reputation that comes from having a Michelin star, I have to say Jai Thai Restaurant earned it. The food was not the usual Thai dishes you find at other Thai restaurants. The star of the night was the Namprik Ong, a jar of ground pork with tomato preserves and chili paste. Had a very nice flavor, and accompanied by a variety of vegetables. Other dishes like the Plah Pla Muek and the Yaowaraj Noodles were also excellent. If you are a lover of Thai food, you have to give Jai Thai Restaurant a try.
