We went 2 nights on a 5 night trip. Amazing food and service. First night was spectacular - when my kid accidentally broke a glass and shards went flying the food was all replaced. But service was above and beyond in general.

I've been coming to Jaleo by Jose Andres at Disney Springs for about five years now, and we always leave with a happy stomach and great memories with friends. It really is an experience with food - a journey through Spanish tapas curated by one of the best. While my palette isn't overly adventurous, they make the food accessible to even the fussiest among us and have a wide variety of options to satiate any and everyone. The reason that THIS visit prompted a review was the exceptional service we received. We have ALWAYS had wonderful service, to be transparent, but this visit tops most restaurant experiences I've had in 32 years of life. We were fortunate to be seated in Grezia's dining area - she was energetic, polite, humorous, and extremely personable. We had been meaning to take my mom out for sangria when she first arrived into town, so Jaleo is an easy choice for their delicious options of sangria - they're also the first Disney or Disney-affiliated restaurant that I've seen carry non-alcoholic beer (thanks for looking out, team). Grezia's excellent service and kind personality led us to speaking to the manager on duty to sing her praises - Jose was equally as friendly and welcoming to us as we shared the news with him. Grezia's kindness, her dedication, her personality, and her persistence make me feel (as someone born on American soil) proud to be an American - a reminder as to what makes our patchwork quilt of amazing people from all over the world exist at all. Grezia - you are an inspiration and a humbling, prideful reminder of what people from our many great, nearby nations contribute to our United States. Jose Andres - what a privilege to have this ambassador representing your brand.
