Great food, great price, great service! Jalapeños has the best prices when it comes to feeding a family of 4. Half the price of major chains and 2x the value. Highly recommend. Both Rincon and cooler locations are identical with the free salsa being slightly better at the Rincon location. Its a tad thicker and has more cilantro in it. 5 stars isnt enough stars! This review is mostly based on service, but I'll say the food is mid. Stop smothering everything in that shitty white cheese sauce. I placed an online order through their website. I picked up my order and drove 30 minutes home. When I got home I realized that they didn't give me everything I ordered. When I called they said they couldn't give me a refund unless I call into the main office. That's ridiculous. Don't make me take extra steps to fix your problem. Horrible service!! Not coming back here, especially when Flacos is 10x better food anyway. I'm just out $20 I guess. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I love Jalapenos Mexican Grill. When I go to a restaurant to eat,the food has to be great and the establishment has to be clean. The food was awesome and the establishment was very clean. Loved it.
