Lively and vibrant - however - arrived at our booked time and were told as we arrived and 2 more times that we had to be out after 2 hours before we even got to our seat. Shared nachos to start - 1 portion between 4 people - far too big. If it was a reasonable portion we may have room for desert - none of us ordered desert as too full. Main course was good but spaghetti with prawns was a ridiculous size - made it look cheap - it would have fed 4 people. Service was attentive and friendly - asked for bill - which was reasonable - and again told we had 4 minutes before we had to leave. Ok, but won’t go back.

I would recommend jam jar to anyone! Amazing food and the staff really go that extra mile to give you a lovely experience. They chat along with you and make sure your time in the restaurant is as comfortable as possible! Very attentive! The atmosphere is lovely and the food is just DELICIOUS! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Half and Half

Had doh balls and garlic butter mmm was just the best fish and chips it was delicious but let the tail too many bones and then sticky toffee pudding and ice cream and it was to die for and a glass of IRN-BRU. Will be back got to give it 100 out of 100 lovely staff thank you jam jar paisley for you sevice
