Having been a fan of Jamba Juice growing up I was very excited that we finally had one in Sandy. Unfortunately my service and amount was not ideal at all. I ordered a small smoothie + pretzel combo as well as a medium smoothie. I had a $4 off coupon that I scanned at checkout. The 1st employee working with me input my order wrong and did not choose a combo. I asked her to fix that. I also asked did my $4 coupon apply. She said yes. She also said it would be 4 ish minutes to have pretzels ready. I said ok and waited. Fast forward 20 minutes later the pretzels still aren’t done. I asked to have a print out of my receipt since I had time to think and do the math and realized my $4 off never got applied. I asked the other worker to fix that or credit my app and she said the only way she could fix this was to void this transaction and start over and she did not have time to do that right now. I responded to her that I will cut my loss and all I want is my pretzel so I could leave. Sadly after this experience I will not be coming back anytime soon.
