I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora University Commons on Glades Road in Boca Raton. I attempted to return a defective product, and the store refused to accept the return despite the item clearly being faulty. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. The staff member I interacted with was dismissive, offering no effort to listen or resolve the issue. There was no attempt to provide a solution or even basic courtesy. I have shopped at Sephora for years and have never encountered this level of poor customer service. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
