Service is kind of slow - waited 25 minutes for my food - also kind of sucks. They hardly say anything, no greeting or thank you. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I came in today and the service was absolutely terrible. First off I entered the facility the employees did not acknowledge me. I stood there waiting to order and then someone else walked in first and they decided to take their order first. Talk about disrespectful and unapologetic. I will never enter this location again. The two male employees specifically the ones that were working on 1/23/26 @ 2:30pm have zero customer service and quite frankly they don’t want to do their job . When I asked why I was skipped he responded and said oh I thought you were picking up . I explained that he just saw me walk in the store and I was waiting to place an order. If I could rate zero stars I would. Do yourself favor and do not come here. Take the drive and go in town to another location. This location isn’t customer friendly and they do not deserve your money . I decided to leave due to the disrespect. I didn’t order anything nor will I patronize this location. It’s because of the customers that you have a job, so please remember that and quickly humble yourself abruptly. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

PLEASE stop letting Uber Eats bike riders accept delivery orders( except Russel, his orders are always ice cold). I spent $21 on a smoothie today, and after 30 minutes of delays and confusing updates, the driver picked up another order after mine. By the time he was headed to my house , it was definitely melted. I’m tired of receiving bad quality food because of this so I canceled, and now I’m out $21 with no refund, and no food. This really isn’t right. Idk if that’s entirely jambas fault but please be aware your costumers are receiving melted smoothies when they leave on bikes or with group orders. Service: 1
