Tipping should not be mandatory This is not an extrenuous job and if it makes you feel better to make the drink again because you saw the person didn't tip and the people before Me, Also didn't tip and then you had to redo both orders when I pick up my drink and you turn your back, dumping a bunch of dishes that you made in the process of remaking these drinks so that, when I call out to you- you don't answer "you can't hear" because ya dumped all these dishes in the sink at the same time. This is not cool just because I didn't tip, or the people, before Me Also Didn't Tip, or "It's Sunday" Thank You for my "Orange smoothie"Like I don't know what a mango a go-go taste like Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Apon my arrival to the Palendale location, there were 3 people at the register and not 1 person greeted me nor asked me if I needed help or say I'll be right with you. I let a couple minutes pass before I said excuse me I'm here to pick up my order. The lady said what is your name and I gave it to her and she just grabbed the blended drink and poured it into a glass with a big frown and just handed to me. Didn't even say thank you for waiting or nothing. This Jamba juice location needs to get people who smile and provide better customer service.
