I dont usually leave reviews . Unless I am pretty impressed or not. And today after my third visit at this location, I have concluded that they need to get more organized on handling their online orders. Unfortunately I work in an industry that requires me to be on-site at our business a lot. So when I step out to get lunch or do a pickup I have very limited time. This is why I use online orders for many of my errands with enough time. To get to locations pickup and go. All three times I have placed an order online at this specific location I came in and had to wait for my order. All three times they did not have my order ready and started preparing when I arrived. Very inconvenient. I love Jamba juice and all other locations I have ordered are on point. This location has been the only one ive had this experience with. I hope their management looks into this to help their employees organize themselves a bit more. Or I wouldn't be able to depend on this store for online any longer. Food: 5 Service: 2

Besides great smoothies they have the best beef jerky. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

service has always been great. But these last two times has been horrible. I walk into get an acai bowl and what seems to be the manager (Hispanic black hair). Makes a face as i order like if its a chore to do her job. Tonight I walk in to get a bowl and one of the workers (male glasses frizzy hair) throws a bowl from the back to the line the young lady makes it gives it to me and it is already melting. Not once did I see her scoop any ice cream into it. That is lazy and also is unsanitary to leave cold foods out for extended periods of time. Which is what happened. Other then that the place is clean and organized. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
