I bought a greens and ginger smoothie on Friday 22nd May morning. The Lady at the counter was very upset about the tip. It was the most horrible smoothie I have ever had with a thick sludge cake stuck at the bottom. Its been one day and now I am down with food poisoning diarrhea, please avoid this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took around 15 min for our drink to be ready. We asked for an extra cup to share our smoothie (which cost $14 after tax) and learned it was an extra dollar (!!!) for an extra (empty) cup

The Jamba Juice employee was rude and disrespectful from the moment I approached the counter. She tossed my drink straw toward me without a word, showing no basic courtesy or friendliness. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and she clearly had no interest in assisting customers. The register area was unattended for extended periods, leaving customers waiting unnecessarily. The location itself was in a shameful state, with visible messes and poor upkeep. Overall, the experience reflected a complete lack of customer service standards and store pride.
