Came as an after Christmas treat with my daughter for dinner booked for 8pm. Sat in the ‘corridor’ no atmosphere for a table of two, would have liked to have been seated in main area. Anyway never mind! Starters of scotch egg and steak tartare absolutely fine, main course Trevor’s chicken well cooked and well presented, cottage pie again well cooked not sure what the marrowbone is all about doesn’t add anything to the dish. Ordered Koffmans fries !! Surprised they were just frozen fries!!! This is Jamie Oliver’s !! And seasonal greens ?? Just contained cabbage not sure where the greens came from expected something else green with the cabbage or even the odd sprout as it is Christmas. Then after seeing the hype for the twelve layer Black Forest you couldn’t not order it, even though we were both full so we ordered one to share. Looks lovely when it arrived but the swirl of cream on top was over whipped tasted nearly like butter and the gateaux itself very basic, plain and underwhelming. Service very attentive, toilets at 9.30 obviously hadn’t been tended to for quite a while as paper hand towels all over floor as bins were extremely full and overflowing. To top it all whilst sitting waiting to be offered coffee which we weren’t. The lady whom appeared to be in charge after the manager had gone. Sat with the bookings laptop I’m guessing eating fries!! How unprofessional is that when you have diners paying in excess of £100. All in all would I return, yes if they guaranteed my issues had been resolved and I had a table in main area. We would like to share how delighted we were with our experience at this restaurant in London. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, but the highlight of our visit was undoubtedly Daniel, who truly made all the difference. Daniel greeted us with a warm smile and, with his attentive and charismatic manner, made us feel right at home — something that feels even more special when you’re far from Brazil. He demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the menu, offered spot-on recommendations, and provided a personalised and welcoming service. The food was delicious, prepared with great care and authentic flavour. The atmosphere also deserves praise — cosy, inviting, and with a vibe that made us feel completely at ease. Congratulations to the restaurant for the excellent service and, in particular, to Daniel, who perfectly embodies the true spirit of hospitality. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to all our friends! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Steak Tartare

Had a good meal at Jamie Oliver Catherine Street. Friendly service but a bit slow at times, although we weren't in a hurry. It was my birthday and they put a lighted candle in my dessert and gave me the dessert for free, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was well laid out and stylish. Prices were what you would expect in London. Would recommend a visit. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
