The reason I ask with because the marinade we don't add additional seasoning to it and it is a soy sauce based marinade that is dark that can make steak seam overcooked. Also plain is plain meaning no seasoning also prime rib is season on the outside prior to roasting and that is traditionally how it is served. Our entrees come with a house salad and yes romaine heart lettuce is more expensive and we do upcharge and also is common practice at plenty of Steakhouses and of restaurants, that even if you get that with your entree. We would of hoped you let us know when you were eating so we could of rectified the situation you weren't happy with. Thank you again and we wish you nothing but the best in your endeavors More
