It is a small store,but there is a large selection and variety of products. We enjoy shopping there . All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

When it comes to the staff they are very helpful. But i think they can add more stuffs like asian food of asian veggies like chayote and long beans. As i observe now a lot of asian people live in deep river. And prices are too high. Hmmmpp but hopefully they can reduce it especially meats and add some fish items. Not only salmon.

I recently had a horrible experience with one of the girls working on the floor at Valu Mart. She was tall and blonde, (I didn’t get a name) and very rude when I asked questions about things relating the store, she was eyeing me up and down and rolled her eyes, and WALKED AWAY and didn’t even answer the question I had asked her, the girl about 10 feet away turned around, walked over and answered my question. As I was walking away they both proceeded to laugh at me and watched me as I was walking to an isle. I thought to myself, maybe I should give her the benefit of the doubt, everybody has bad days, but no. You literally get paid to be kind and answer customers questions and attend to their needs, I understand that everybody has bad days, but there was absolutely no excuse for this behaviour. I will be avoiding Valu Mart for a while.
