Japanese and Thai cuisines are must-order ones at this restaurant. Do not leave without eating perfectly cooked fillet steaks, fried chicken and chicken sushi. According to some reviews, doughnuts is good at Japan Inn. You will hardly forget delicious beer or good wine that you can try. It might be good to enjoy great juice.

The place has potential, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t say it’s better than Samurai. My Long Island was terrible—probably the worst I’ve ever had. Our chef was brand new, and unfortunately, it showed. He cracked two eggs across the table, the rice was undercooked, and the rest of the food was poorly prepared and lacked flavor. The restaurant also seemed severely understaffed. Our waitress appeared to be the only server working on a Saturday night, so we waited a long time for water, refills, and other basic service. I can’t put all of that on her because she was clearly doing everything she could. What made it more frustrating was watching the manager stand in the back and literally just stare at people and watch while she was overwhelmed rather than stepping in to help. When gratuity is automatically included, that level of service is especially disappointing. Overall, we had high hopes for Japan Inn but left disappointed. Between the drinks, food, and service, the experience just didn’t live up to what we expected. We’ll be sticking with Samurai from here on out. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Worst place ever, workers are very rude and not ti mention fraudulent charge my credit $788.00 and tell me I have to wait my order came up to $154.84 . Called restaurant and they who didn't care no apologies or empathy for there fraudulent acts. Please be careful it seems that is there practice over chafging and fraudulent charging your card.

I came to the Doral location a couple weeks ago and the food was very good but the service ended up being very bad. Our server gave us our drinks and then she never came back. My whole family had eaten and finished our drinks and our server still didn’t show up until we had to ask and we were told that our server had left because of a family emergency. After that we got a different server who just gave us our checks but ended up giving us a bit of an attitude because I had let her know Had ordered a regular fried rice while they were charging me for a whole hibachi meal. Thankfully Gladys the manager who was in charge helped us out and was very nice. We came back a couple weeks later we came back for lunch since we saw that they had an $11.99 lunch special for hibachi and since Gladys was there our service was very good. Until we received our check and we got charged $15 for each hibachi. The server explained that it was because they have 3 different hibachi specials (even though she never explained that when we ordered). A different manager came to explain thing to us and told us that we had to pay for it even though her server was the one who made the mistake. Other than Gladys and our last server this place was a disappointment. Never coming here again.
