Not sure how I haven’t left a review here yet—this is my go-to sushi spot in the area. I always start off with the spicy garlic edamame and calamari, both great appetizers. Depending on the day, if you order a beer you sometimes get a free fried corn poppers appetizer, which is actually surprisingly good. My usual go-to rolls are the Hungry Roll and Samurai Roll, but honestly everything I’ve tried here has been solid. Service is always good as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice sushi restaurant, wait time was 20-30 minutes so we decided to sit at the sushi bar.A waitress takes your order even if you sit at the sushi bar. Service was good and so was the food. If in the area again we will be back. Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Japanese Castle Sushi & Roll is a great spot for delicious, well-prepared sushi. The service isn’t rushed—they take their time with each dish, and you can taste the difference, which I really appreciate. If you’re in a hurry, this might not be the place, but if you enjoy quality, it’s worth it. There’s parking available, though there can be a wait during lunch and dinner rushes, so coming just before peak times helps.
