This was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time! The restaurant is so cute from the moment you walk in. A couple friends and I sat at the sushi bar, shared a bottle of sake, crab cheese wontons and several sushi rolls. The sushi chefs were incredibly kind and surprised us with complimentary salmon nachos while we waited which were AMAZING. To top it all off, they brought us mochi ice cream for dessert. Every single thing we ate was delicious and the staff made the entire experience feel so welcoming and special. Exceptional food, wonderful service, and such a fun atmosphere. We discovered JAPON, this Excellent little Sushi Resturant at 3550 E Colfax in Denver in on Google! It was so amazing !! We are Sushi Nerds and this was the freshest seafood we had ever had !!! Mindy was our darling waitress of and her service was excellent as well. You must try this restaurant! You will be so happy you did! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Absolutely amazing staff. So kind and attentive. It actually felt like they enjoyed having me were as most restaurants you feel like a burden. It was a real pleasure and the sushi was top notch. The Wagyu Beef Roll was just a flavor bomb of delight. And the brown rice green tea was the ultimate palate cleanser. The Gyoza it the spot and the Cali Roll was perfect sticky sweet crab avocado combo. Talk about a perfect gem on Colfax.
