We honestly couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cake! Not only did it look absolutely beautiful, but it tasted incredible too. As someone who has coeliac disease, finding a gluten-free cake that tasted just as good as a regular cake was really important to us, and it exceeded all of our expectations. So many of our guests couldn’t believe it was gluten free because it was so delicious! The design was exactly what we had envisioned and fitted in perfectly with our wedding. Every detail was beautifully done, and it looked amazing on the day. Thank you so much for creating such a gorgeous and delicious cake for our wedding. We would highly recommend you to anyone, especially if they’re looking for an amazing gluten-free wedding cake!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Laura and her team at Jappacakes for the most amazing Wedding Cake! Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! We had a full Gluten Free Cake with top tier toffee, middle, tier chocolate and bottom tier Victoria Sponge. All our guests said how much they loved the cake especially the chocolate and Victoria sponge being the favourites. Everything was perfect and was a wonderful day. Laura was amazing from the first email, to our first meeting answering all my questions all the way through to our wedding day. Thank you so much. Would highly reccomend. Spectacular gluten free wedding cake! Laura made our wedding cake in October and it was unreal! We had a different cake maker originally as part of our package at Cornhill Castle but I was disheartened after a conversation where they said “we wouldn’t do the whole cake gluten free as it doesn’t taste nice”Not what a coeliac bride wants to hear. After telling Cornhill about this they put us on to Jappacakes and I’m so glad they did! Laura sent us a lovely box of gluten free samples to taste. I couldn’t believe the choice and they were all so delicious, it was difficult to choose what we wanted! Laura was so kind and accommodating through the whole planning process and really helped bring our vision to life! The cake was so beautiful and sooooo yum! The ratio of icing to sponge was 10/10, flavours 10/10 and it looked 10/10! Wish we could have it again! I would 100% recommend Jappacakes to anyone for their cake, normal or gluten free! Thank you Laura!
