After a long walk around The Holy Redeemer Church, go to this restaurant and have a rest here. Jasmine House serves Chinese cuisine. Here you will be able to order good duck spring rolls, prawns and chicken. This place is famous for delicious wine.

Reasonably-priced food and friendly staff. The Jasmine House has been in Bray for many years and occupies a specific niche in the restaurant hierarchy The menu is a little basic, but the quantities are good and you won't leave hungry. My only reservation would be that the food seems to be stuck in the 1980s, with a lot of sugar used in the soup and sauces As with a lot of restaurants these days, they have to rely on the takeaway business midweek and there is usually no need to book. Busier at the weekends and booking would be advisable, but they will try and find you a seat On the subject of seating, much of it is in booths and the clearance to the table can be pretty tight, if you're on the bulky side Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Beef with Green Pepper, Deep Fried Squid with Chilli Spicy

We had a lovely dinner here this evening with our young family. The food was delicious (“one of the nicest Peking chickens I’ve ever had” according to my husband) and very good value. The staff were attentive and kind to our small children. A highchair was provided and the children’s menu was inexpensive too. The restaurant was clean and toilets immaculate. The decor was quirky and the atmosphere traditional of a Chinese restaurant. If we are back in the Bray area again we intend to return here.
