This is my favorite Thai food restaurant. They are open late, until 1 or 2am even on weekdays, and they serve draft beer. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they are open to customizations on their already large menu. This is a great late night option for fresh and healthy veggie dishes!

TLDR: Tight parking, tasty hole in the wall with potential hindered by chef's possible disregard towards manager's concerns. I discovered Jasmine Thai Cuisine on Yelp and was excited to try it since it was nearby and open late at night. Being in a small, narrow plaza, parking was quite difficult in a larger car. I didn't quite read the reviews until I sat down. My server was attentive and brought me hot water promptly upon request - their air conditioning was quite strong that night. The overall atmosphere and ambiance was appropriately themed. I ordered the Yellow Curry (mild spicy) which contained chicken, and my server asked me about which protein I wanted, which made me think he wasn't too familiar with the menu. I have to admit, the yellow curry was one of the BEST tasting curries that I've tried. It was on the thinner end and runny, but it was a nice creamy sweet which was subtly contrasted by the onions, which provided a juicy sweet. The medium spice was just right, provided a kick that didn't leave one coughing or running for pitchers of water. Unfortunately, the ingredients inside the curry were subpar to say the least. The chicken was fairly dry and tough to chew compared to other chicken curries that I've tried. The potatoes and carrots that were cut to have pointy edges, but the pieces were so large that it felt undercooked and hard. Consequentially, the carrots and potatoes didn't have a curry taste but retained their respective tastes. Sometime while working on the curry, I also bit into something hard like sugar cane, discovering that I was served the exterior of an onion... Other than the entree, I have to admit that the Yelp reviews were right about the portion sizes, though maybe exaggerated. The rice portions were on the petite end, and I expected a slightly larger bowl. It left much to be desired, and the amount of curry also didn't help since there were many ingredients that were protruding out of the curry. I communicated all of my concerns with the manager, and I was astonished to hear that she wasn't surprised. Potatoes and carrots undercooked, dry chicken? She already knew... and she may have already told the chef. I hope the chef responds to these concerns ASAP.
