Unfortunately I visited this Jason’s deli Addison location the other day and it will be the last time as well. First there were some workers at a register talking instead of asking if I was ready to order. When I asked for a menu the rude employee cut me off and said wait ma’am and I said I’m not ordering just yet I need a paper menu so I can decide on what to order if that’s okay with you I said. They gave me a menu and once I was ready to order after a few minutes she said they can get you at the other register to place your order. They gave me the impression that I was interrupting and inconveniencing them. Not okay! After waiting at the next register it was a long wait since there was people in line. Finally, after placing my to go order & waiting. I went to the salad bar to get some condiments and some rude woman employee kept staring me down like a hawk as I was getting only condiments for my order. She had this unwelcoming and hateful look as if I was going in her kitchen for the condiments. I guess the grinch came early this year hahaha This was unacceptable horrible service and some employees need training at this location especially. I’ve not ever experienced poor service at any other Jason’s deli.

i had the worst aujus on my beefeater sandwich today and when i called the manger he blamed it on Doordash...how whimpy and did nothing to make it better my office will not be dining with the restaurant

Yesterday was my first visit to a Jason's Deli, as we are visiting Dallas and I just loved everything about it. All of the staff we met were so helpful and friendly. The Reuben I had was very big and one of the best I have ever eaten. My husband had the salad bar and it was excellent. Many great high quality options to choose from. They also have some nice complimentary items for their customers, like crackers and muffins. When I ordered, I mentioned that I was planning to only eat half of my sandwich and take the other half back to my hotel room, so imagine my surprise when they delivered my sandwich to the table and they had already boxed up the other half in a nice microwavable container with a bag of chips and fresh pickle! This kind of service is amazing and I can't wait to visit again. I complemented the manager before I left and he said there was one opening in Wisconsin and when I was raving about it to my friend, she was excited to hear this as she had heard that it was opening in the mall across the street from her office in Brookfield. Great job guys and thanks for a great meal!! Definitely a 5 star deli!!
