This restaurant is a gem. The food is sublime and the service is excellent. We went on a Sunday evening and had a wonderful meal. I had the Fish pie, which is something to behold with a Langoustine and a King Prawn poking out of the top and a wonderful smoky fish and potato in a savoury sauce. My wife had the monkfish and our guest had the pork belly. We had a bottle of Sancerre with it and it was just a perfect meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60

No trip to Northumberland is complete without a meal at the fabulous Jaspers Bistro, the food and service were absolutely spectacular, as always. Hopefully it won’t be another year before we’re back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
