Coffee was great and so was the muffin, however the customer service from Kaitlyn was not there. After experiencing an internet outage a few customers were talking in the waiting area expressing their disappointment when she began talking to her coworker loudly being rude and shaming the customers. However the gentleman was very kind a professional. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
