I placed the order over the phone, they never gave me the total for my order, they said they would call me back but it never happened. I called to find out the status of my order and the response was that the delivery will be there in a SECOND. He's gone. I waited but my order never arrived. I had to place an order from another place and it arrived first and I called again to cancel the order because it had not arrived yet and we ate from another place that did arrive on time. I have been ordering From Java Day Cafe for about 5 to 6 years maybe longer. I never took the time out to give my proper an honest review on a place that never did me wrong. Staff always amazing, and when it comes down to food service it's not completely based only about the food but about your experience. I feel in a positive mood today, because as I placed my order I took a chance on an iced Nutella coffee and seek their advice on what they thought about it. I love the fact that not only they were they on the money but, maybe if it had not been their best seller they still would've told me the truth. That goes such a long way, along with the amazing breakfast I got to enjoy today, so thank you, and my apologies for not writing this positive review sooner
