The truth is that you will really like perfectly cooked breakfast sandwiches and good pork. Java Doc has great iced coffee, smoothies or moccachino among its drinks. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A lot of people suppose that prices are adequate for what you receive. The atmosphere is calm, as clients see it. This spot is rated on Google 4.4 by its visitors.

They do not know how to pull a shot of espresso. They think they do. I will have a calm conversation, and be in agreement with staff on what espresso is, where it comes from, what it looks like, and then they will politely serve a cup of fluid which has coffee in it, but is not espresso. They will be completely polite, and the interaction will be perfect, and if you are like me, you'll keep going back for two years, assuming that they will eventually develop that skill, but no. I still try to order it every month or so, and everyone who goes here, or works here is just so pleasant, and kind, I feel gaslight into thinking it's just me. When I get my double shot of just espresso, it's a 16 ounce cup, half full, boiling, and watery. The Two Other Cafes in town don't mess it up like that, but sometimes I just want to stay in my warm car. They have an espresso machine too! The light is on!! I don't understand, it could be the coarseness of the grind, maybe a scaled heating element, or over heated water temp, but they just cannot make an appropriate shot of espresso. I genuinely believe they think they are doing it right, and giving their best effort, so I never argue. I just take my cup and show some concern, and they disregard it. The breakfast sandwich is excellent. Everything else is okay. Espresso, just can't do it! It's not even really an Americano. It's just too weak.
