Stumbled into this little coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the california dreaming tiramisu and almond! It was delicious, the staff was friendly and the wait was minimal. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate this franchise. My husband loves them, but every time he makes me go inevitably they absolutely fail at making my order. Today I ordered the cloud 9 mocha. Right off the menu. They handed me a SEVEN DOLLAR CUP OF ICE WITH FLAVORED MILK. Not a drop of actual coffee in it. I don't know how this franchise keeps customers. They can't take your order most of the time because they have no idea how to use their own system, and if by some miracle they do, they somehow screw it up to the point it's basically undrinkable. I have tried to like this place. I hate it. A lot. Making coffee is not that hard. Will be going to dutch bros no matter what. I will not be giving them another penny of my money. As the manager of the Rexburg Java Espress I can proudly say our grand opening was outstanding and beyond measures. I couldn’t have done it without my staff and of course our customers who came and helped celebrate our big day. Since then we have minor bumps we are still working through and trying to always find ways to improve our Rexburg location. We love getting to meet everyone who is returning or new. And without all our customers we couldn’t be able to learn, improve, and of course meet those yummy cravings you come to see us for!
