Having seen Blaine County Historical Museum, it's time to have a rest at this cafe. The truth is that you will really like nicely cooked avocado toasts, scrambled eggs and eggs benedict. Taste good muffins, bagels and croissants. It's time to degustate great tea, espresso or moccachino.
Java Hailey is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You may be surprised by reasonable prices at this place. The spectacular atmosphere has been highlighed by the visitors. Google users are quite generous with this spot: it was granted 4.5 stars.

A once great coffee shop quickly falling to nonsensical greed. I'm 26 years old now, and have been coming to this Java location since probably before I was a teenager. My own parents have been coming here for longer than that, and I thus feel that I've the perspective to make the comments I do. I'm not one for fancy drinks, and I've always come back to Java for their good old drip coffee. They just seem to do it better than everybody else locally, and that has been the case for years. Always perfectly brewed. The atmosphere is great, and the outdoor seating is especially cozy when it's available. I've sat here for hours reading or writing. The food options are hit-or-miss in quality, which is just a product of the shop's very small footprint and a very small kitchen, with limited equipment. The cook herself, Elena, is phenomenal, and one of the kindest people at Java. Toasted items (bagels, toast, etc.) are best, while things like eggs and bacon fall a little behind. Unfortunately, this shop has seen lots of managerial turnover, and the current management has been greedy. More understandable price increases (in items such as coffee beans and chocolate) have seemingly become excuses to price gouge across the board. I'm particularly incensed that dairy-free milk subsitutes, in any drink, now cost almost $2 extra -- per drink! -- as my partner is severely lactose intolerant. Charging so much extra for a medical necessity is highway robbery, especially when other coffee shops have pitchers of oat milk sitting out for customer use, for free. I would sooner buy a quart of oat milk for $4 at Atkinsons down the street, and bring it with me to Java. Thus, after 15 years of loyalty, I unfortunately no longer think Java is deserving of my business, and I recommend you take yours elsewhere. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
