They did not let to pay in cash. Communicated in not a kind manner. They say is cashlesh. We could not have breakfast due to this reason and it is the only coffee shop in this terminal 2. Really bad service. We noticed, after they were accepting cash from other clients. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sweet staff, very laid-back but they get the job done. However, the so-called Thai chicken salad that I ordered was simply lettuce, carrot and tomato with about a kilo of chilli thrown at the chicken. No Thai herbs no Thai flavours just more chilli than any human would want to endure. When I complained, they brought me one with slightly less chilli and the same drab taste apart from the kick. There is nothing Thai about this salad at all and either the cook locally doesn’t understand what the ingredient list is or Java house should be reviewing their recipes. Having had a conversation with the cook as well as the server, I would’ve expected them either to offer me a free coffee or to take some money off my bill but neither happened. These guys simply don’t know how to create any customer loyalty, but perhaps they don’t care because they’re at an airport and they think people won’t come back. Wrong. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
