I know all the Javas are not the same, but this one was an all time low. We were told the food would take 20 mins, it took 47 mins after asking for the bill. It was a Java breakfast and a burger. Those are simple meals. The food came to the table cold. They had run out of salads as well. I asked for a dawa (classic) as well, it was so diluted, I have had so many dawas but never that bad. I think it was missing a few ingredients or just had one. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but just beware the next time you are going there. Price per person: KES 1,000–1,500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Waiting 47 minutes for simple meals and getting cold food is disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for this experience. Running out of salads and the diluted dawa do not meet our standards either. We appreciate your honest feedback and will work hard to improve these areas. We went here with our Kenyan friend and she was discriminated by her own people! The waitress (Wendline) didn’t even bother to be nice or ask if we needed anything else before dropping the check. Food was okay. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The atmosphere was great for group dinners. There are many table options. The service is fast and staff are welcoming and friendly. It is located near the Nairobi Expressway which makes it easily accessible from many residencies in Nairobi. It has a calm quiet ambiance away from the CBD chaos.
