I like this place because it seems like a chill hangout with cool folks and good foods across from the medical center, but for some reason they didn't open on time today. My uncle had a surgery early at the center and their sign says they open at 7:30 but it's 7:57 rn and still closed and locked up.

Cozy little spot. Coffee was great and able to hang out at one of the two small tables. Bacon breakfast sandwich didn't blow me away but good bang for the buck. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have gone past Ballard's Java Jahn on the bus many times thinking "I need to try a coffee because it's named after me... John" So, I stopped for coffee on a walk and soon learned that the name is pronounced as "yahn" not "John". After a little you will laugh at the same, I have a coffee. While waiting for a coffee I looked at the cute café with interesting art. I sat and relaxed while drinking coffee which was good. The service was fantastic!
