This cafe has good coffee among its drinks. The cheerful staff welcomes visitors all year round. The spectacular service is something these restaurateurs care about. But most clients who use Google didn't give Java Joe's a high rating.

Stopped for coffee. Asked for a latte, They did not have that on the menu. Asked for black coffee. They did not have any brewed. Waited for the coffee to brew and took two sips before throwing it out. Do not go for coffee, but they seem to have alternative business in the backroom, which is probably what keeps them in business.
