Initially, everything was great. I’ve been to this place 10 times and they have great coffee but when I started having issues with my rewards account, they said they would look into it and after over three weeks, I still kept getting the same response. I stopped by in person one day and said that I don’t want to continue purchasing items if I’m not going to be rewarded, and when I said that they look on the employee’s face was appalling. She was very judgmental and said that they may look at just removing the rewards program altogether. It’s 2026 and loyal customers should be rewarded. I’ll just continue to be a loyal Starbucks customer and get rewards from being loyal to them. I actually work in the food and beverage industry, so I know what customer service looks like in the hospitality field. They also charge eight dollars for their coffee drinks, which is way more expensive than Starbucks. Service: 1

Hello Lance, You spoke directly with me, the owner — not an employee. During our conversation, I explained multiple times that there is an active support ticket open with the loyalty program vendor regarding reward points not registering correctly for some customers. I also explained that we are aware of the issue and are considering suspending the loyalty program altogether until the vendor resolves it. You stated that the rewards program is the only reason you visit, and I again made it clear that the issue has already been reported and is currently being handled through the vendor’s support system. At this point, the matter is outside of our hands until the vendor completes their investigation and provides a resolution.

Hi Trish! Thank you so much for the awesome review! We love being the go-to hangout for cool pups and their humans. It means a lot that you enjoy the space, the games, and the variety of food and drinks—we’ve worked hard to create a spot where everyone feels welcome, no matter their age (or leash status!). Can't wait to see you and your fur-baby again soon!

A cute little cafe right on Addison Circle Park. Any place that offers coffee, quick bites, and outdoor seating is always convenient. We originally walked by without any intention of ordering but the worker at the window opened it and offered our dog a pup cup so we were sold. The window ordering was very convenient as we had a dog with us. There’s also cornhole to play here. We ordered a vanilla latte that came out quick and was tasty, but not anything really special. To us this place really shines as a nice, quick option you can hit once you’re out at the park and the park itself looks good. Sometimes quick and easy can’t be beat. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Amber, Thank you so much for stopping by and for taking the time to share your experience! We love being part of the Addison Circle Park community, so it means a lot to hear that we could be a convenient and pup-friendly stop during your walk. Our window service was designed exactly for moments like that — quick, easy, and perfect when you’ve got a fur baby in tow. We’re glad you enjoyed the vanilla latte, corn hole game, and outdoor vibe! We’re always working on elevating both our drinks and overall experience, so your feedback is appreciated. Hope to see you and your fur baby again soon!
