Absolutely one of the best pastas I’ve had in Colombo! The pasta was rich, creamy, flavourful, and made fresh right in front of us. You can really tell they use quality ingredients.. every bite was packed with flavour. The olives, jalapeños, and perfectly cooked chicken made it stand out from the usual pasta spots. What impressed me most was how hygienic and organized the place was despite being a small street-style setup. The owner prepares everything with so much care and attention. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the taste honestly competes with many high-end restaurants. Definitely worth the hype and the wait. Tried out Java’s Pasta on Messenger Street and was honestly impressed! The place is super hygienic and you can see the owner preparing everything fresh right in front of you. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and the pasta had such an authentic, delicious taste — simple but full of flavour. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. There’s minimal seating available for dine-in, but if you’re going in your own vehicle, it’s actually a great way to enjoy the food with some privacy. Definitely going back again — highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving some quality street pasta! Price per person: Rs 2,000–2,500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
