I have always enjoyed going to Jay's Seafood for my birthday every year. Last night was the exception. People in my dinner party were very unhappy with the food including myself. The service was very poor. No refills on water or cocktails. The server reached across people at the table several times. Just not a fine dining experience at all. I was very embarrassed that I had invited my friends there for that type of service and food.

Very disappointed ! Spent 200.00 on dry fishy crab legs. I called to confirm our reservation the lady said they like to remind that the prices have gone up on crab we knew that she quoted a $100.00 price over the phone I said it was fine because we were on vacation & we’re happy to eat there magically when we got there our waiter Randy said she changed prices on the board to $110.00 that day??? Hmmmm? Very fishy our waiter was nice but our mashed potatoes with horseradish were also terrible the bread was awful as well WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT EVER GO BACK! It has been 20 years since we were there never again!!
