The service was incredibly slow; we waited for about 30 minutes. The food was nice, though, and my dad's favorite was the daing na bangus (marinated milkfish). However, the place was a bit dirty. The waiter who took our order just grabbed a crumpled paper placemat from another table and wrote our orders on it. When they set up our table, they used crumpled paper placemats as well. I think we are the first customer since we came really early. Craving for a warm bulalo after hours of travel. Open space ang branch pero grabe, amoy kanal. I think may construction sa labas ng balcony/terrace area, or I’m not sure but there’s definitely something going on. I asked the staff if they could close the sliding door and ok naman sa kanila. We were guided sa table namin, and upon sitting, I already notice a piece of carrot sa isa sa mga displayed (supposedly clean) bowl sa table. Then I need to transfer sa another table kasi napakainit sa spot namin. I’ve seen some table na may mga tuyong kanin. I’m not sure if may kumain na dun or hindi lang nalinisan maigi. But I am definitely sure that we are the first customer cause walang tao and we came in at 9am which is their opening hour. We expected too much since we are the first, pero grabe, the bulalo meat very dry and so gummy. Walang lasa ang sabaw, at ang repolyo overcook? or pinainit. It definitely tastes like it was a leftover from the day before. Definitely not worth it for the price. I’d rather go to a carenderya. Not a great experience. I hope you can do better. The bulalo is not budget friendly and it is not worth it for it's price with its missing ingredients and bland flavor. The beef portion is large, the presentation is great, and the crew's service is satisfactory. I suggest you remake your menu, adjust the prices, or keep the place empty with customers. I am not going back. Price per person: ₱2,500–3,000
