Visited Jazy and ordered the Hummus with Meat and Cheese Chicken Pizza. Unfortunately, the food was completely average — nothing stood out in terms of taste or quality. What made the experience worse was the poor service. I ordered a Diet Pepsi at the start of my meal, but it was never brought with the food. I had to ask a second time — no result. Then a third time — still nothing. Only after I directly pointed out that I had asked multiple times did they finally bring it. At that point, they offered to waive the charge for the drink, which I declined. By then, the experience had already left me feeling disrespected and dismissed as a customer. A complimentary drink does not fix repeated negligence. Overall: mediocre food and unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. Jazy is a good vibes and beautiful place to spend time with your friends, base on my own experience i like their drinks passion fruit and hibiscus cold drinks, i also recommend their pizza and burger it’s so tasty and delicious, I’m gonna probably come over there over again and shout out to Hamdy i salute him, he was so kind and good he know how to approach and handle those customers.
