Food came 2.5 hours after ordering (called 3 times and was told each time it was in the car en route), eventually arrived and it was the wrong order. Called again and they sent the delivery driver back with the right order. Opened it up and see there's no chips in the munchie box so called up to ask for partial refund after all the hassle and mess-ups. Manager says he will do a discount next time and apologised but couldn't offer any refund unless the whole order was returned to the store (by this point it was coming up 10pm so no way). Then sit down to eat and realise there's also no chicken or vegetable pakora with the munchie box. The food was all also cold and not the usual standard for Jaz's. I loved this chippy but sadly I wont be back, the delivery time is always awful and it's normally worth it for the quality but tonight was terrible. I hope the person whose order came to us incorrectly got a fresh order made up too as we had opened it all up to check if any of it was ours!! Food: 3 Service: 1
