This restaurant is incredible. Some friends took me here for dinner, and the food was probably the best I have ever eaten. In my life. I am not kidding. I’m vegan, and the restaurant made something off menu for me because of my diet. That alone was incredible, because most restaurants would have offered nothing or maybe a salad. Instead, they made me the most delicious gnocchi. I didn’t even know I liked gnocchi until I had this gnocchi. It melted in my mouth. The sauce it was in was so flavorful and delicious. After my first bite, I felt sad knowing I would not have an unlimited supply of this dish for the rest of my life. It’s been weeks since I ate here, and I STILL think about this meal. This is literally worth coming to Concepcion for. The staff were so polite and you could tell they took pride in what they do. It seemed they were treated well too, and like the employees were happy to be there. That is very important in my opinion. The restaurant felt clean and very cozy/welcoming. I enjoyed the posters of old jazz artists on the wall. It was very tastefully done. Everything was beautiful: the food, the drinks, the desserts, the atmosphere. I love Jazz Restaurant!
